Key performance indicators (KPIs) are more than numbers we report on every month. They allow campus to understand the performance and health of our service and enables CBS2 to make critical adjustments in the execution of our day-to-day activities to achieve our strategic goals. The Center for Business Services and Solutions strives daily to meet the processing times outlined in our Service Level Agreement. Striving for a 90% success rate in processing all requests for campus.
