CBS2 is implementing in-person support for UC Merced’s schools and faculty. Beginning Monday, Oct. 4, one CBS2 staff member will be located at each of the SOE, SNS and SSHA offices 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Support will focus on training opportunities, Oracle requisition entry, and assisting with customer updates and inquiries. Contact information:

CBS2 also has opened a Faculty Support Center in Suite 108 of the Kolligian Library. Staff from CBS2’s Research and Academics unit will help place larger more complex orders and agreements, such as service agreements, honorarium payments, independent contractor agreements, and subawards. The Faculty Support Center will be open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.
In addition to this new in-person support, individuals can continue to file requests in ServiceNow. CBS2’s Research and Academics team will work through these requests as they come in.
